I didn't get pics of: the 3rd grade stand up comedy kid riffing on the woes of opening a juice box, the hip hop kids, the fifth grade girl who sounded exactly like Fiona Apple, the slapstick broadway routine performed by first graders, the gymnast, the flutist playing medieval music who, when pausing between movements, suddenly found the curtains closing and people applauding (oops), and the 4th grader singing a haunting gospel solo. It doesn't hurt that the teacher who organized the whole thing fronts a Christian rock band. This school is my kind of place.
