After a very fun visit with Sarah, and a sleepover with Aidan in Centerville, we thought our week couldn't get any more exciting.
Until:

John brought home the tubas and a big bass drum

Hollywood moved in next door for a day, where all the stars' windows looked out over my back yard and had a fantastic view of

this.

Then, to top it off, our scarlet letter of studio building shame became

An orange badge of courage!
we got our building permit!
Also, in other news, the house next door to me just went on the market as a tear-down, the building to the south will be torn down and rebuilt this spring, as will the property across the street. Ack! It's going to be a noisy year.
