Thursday, The perfect day: Design Shops and Unbeatable Art

Here I am in front of an abandoned lot around the corner from our 'hotel'. This day was the perfect day. We saw great design shops, an exhibit by one of my all-time favorite artists, had amazing italian food on the upper east side, and finished the night off by going to a concert by the incomparable contemporary dance troupe, Pilobolus.
